Servicemen To Get Salary IncreaseCHISINAU, January 25, 2012 — Nearly 20 thousand employees of the national defense, state security and public order institutions will get a pay raise beginning with January 1, 2012.
The Government approved a decision Wednesday, January 25, stating that, starting with January 1, 2012, the basic salary for servicemen, troop staff and command corps, employees of the national defense, security and public order institutions, paid according to the unique tariff rate, will be established in compliance with the intersectoral indicator k=1,25. This will cause a raise of salary by 19% for nearly 20 thousand employees of the national defense, state security and public order institutions.
