Gifts for children on behalf of the Ministry of Defence

Chisinau, Decembrie 21^st, 2012 — Minister of Defense Vitalie Marinuta, received today carol singers at the Ministry of Defence, and, in his turn, went with gifts to the pupils of boarding schools. The first who arrived with carols were children from nursery school no. 152 “Pas cu Pas” from Chisinau.

The little ones addressed wishes of health, wealth and strength to the homeland defenders. Carolers performed a recital of songs and poems about Christmas and New Year. Vitalie Marinuţa listened to them attentively and at the end he offered sweets and cokies, inviting them to come again to the Ministry of Defence next year.

Also, today Vitalie Marinuţa visited the Technological School for children with poor eyesight and gave them gifts on the occasion of winter holiday.

The Minister wished them all that the joy of Christmas and New Year bring peace and divine light in their soul that make us stronger and better.

"On Christmas Eve, one of the brightest holidays of Christianity, which marks the birth of God and on the New Year’s Eve, I would like to congratulate you because you are wonderful kids and to wish you health and happiness alongside your loved ones, a better year and the fulfillment of all your desires “said Vitalie Marinuţa.

Children from Cahul boarding-school received sweets from Ministry of Defence. The gifts were sent by representatives of Monitorized Infantry Brigade “Dacia” and Cahul Territorial Military Centre. The guests also gave them a TV.

The Ministry of Defence sponsors the boarding school for children with hearing dificiency from Cahul since 2003. To familiarize children with the sightseeings of Chisinau and to diversify theirsummer holiday, the Ministry of Defence organizes yearly trips for the pupils of this institution in the Capital.
