Album of Military Academy of the Armed Forces Has Been Launched

CHISINAU, October 11, 2013 — Military Academy of the Armed Forces Academia “Alexandru cel Bun” (MAAF) has launched today the album of the same name within a ceremony held at the institution HQ.

According to Commander of MAAF, Col. Mihail Buclis, the album contains 13 champers of photos highlighting historical moments of the military education institution activity, including the training process, scientific activity, national and international cooperation, sports events, military parade, oath ceremonies, classes of MAAF students throughout 20 years of activity.

The album has 200 pages and is written in Romanian and English.

The book will be distributed to military units and structures of the National Army, military-territorial centers, institutions of higher education of the Partnership for Peace Consortium, defense attaches to Republic of Moldova, ex-Defense Ministers, presidents of state that contributed to the development of MAAF.

The album “Military Academy of the Armed Forces Academia “Alexandru cel Bun” was made at the initiative of the institution of military education, in common with the Institute of Encyclopaedic Studies of the Academy of Science of the Republic of Moldova.
