National Army Medical Staff and Public Servants Celebrate Professional DayCHISINAU, June 19, 2015 — The National Army medical staff celebrated today the Doctor’s Day within a ceremony held at the Ministry of Defense. At the event, Minister of Defense, Viorel Cibotaru, congratulated the doctors and nurses saying that their job is a noble one and requires much responsibility. During the ceremony, Minister Cibotaru awarded medals to some representatives of the medical staff, as a sign of high appreciation and recognition of merits in their daily service. Also today, Viorel Cibotaru handed Government diplomas to a group of public servants on their Professional Day. There are currently over 250 public servants and about 400 doctors and nurses in the National Army.
