Security and Defense Integrity Building Evaluated by International ExpertsCHISINAU, July 23, 2015 — Within July The experts’ agenda comprised meetings with representatives of Defense Policy and Planning Directorate, General Inspection Directorate, Economic Financial Directorate, Human Resource Management Directorate, Facilities Department, as well as other structures. All these units contributed to the development of the self-assessment survey on security and defense integrity proposed by NATO at the beginning of 2013. The working visit is a continuation of the self-assessment process on security and defense integrity of Republic of Moldova. Thus, the evaluation conducted by the group of experts lead by Bénédicte Borel, expert, Political Affairs and Security Policy Division of the NATO International Secretariat will result in recommendations for improving the situation in this sector. As a result, an Inter-pares report for the Republic of Moldova will be developed that will put the basis for an Action Plan.
