Moldovan-German Cooperation Discussed in Chisinau

CHISINAU, December 1, 2015 — Moldovan-German Bilateral talks are held at the Ministry of Defense within November 30 — December 2.

According to Chief of the Main Staff Strategic Planning Division, Col. Sergiu Vicol, during the event, representatives of the two defense institutions will assess the military cooperation and will exchange information and experience in the reformation of the defense sector.

The source added that another goal of the meetings is to identify new ways of reinforcing the bilateral cooperation and to develop proposals to be included in the action plan for the following years.

The Moldovan-German military cooperation is based on the Military Cooperation Agreement signed in March, 2003.
