Junior Leaders Training Course Organized in Cahul

CHISINAU, February 7, 2017 — National Army service members are attending the Junior Leaders Training Course (level 1), conducted at “Dacia” Brigade from Cahul, within January 30-March 27, 2017.

According to retired col. Veaceslav Minzat, head of Sergeants and NCOs training department, the training is organized by the Military Academy of Armed Forces “Alexandru cel Bun” and aims to train the military units’ sergeants corps and to develop their leadership skills, in compliance with the Military Career Guidelines.

Retired col. Minzat specified that, during the course, about 30 NCOs will study general tactics, shooting techniques, physical fitness, leadership, military legislation, military topography, communications, and NBC defense.

At the end of the course, the participants will be tested on the studied material and on their physical readiness.
