Activity of Russian Military Attaché to the Attention of Ministry of Defense

CHISINAU, March 7, 2017 — The Ministry of Defense is expressing its perplexity and indignation concerning the participation of the air and military attaché of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova, Col. Igor Dobvnea, in the ceremony organized by the so-called leadership of Transnistria “Commemoration Day for Repelling the Moldovan Aggression Against Transnistria” (День начала отражения широкомасштабной агрессии Молдовы против Приднестровья). The ceremony was held in Dubasari, on March 2, 2017.

Thus, the Ministry of Defense took note of this situation and is reserving the right to undertake appropriate measures.
