NATO Training for National Army Sergeants CorpsCHISINAU, March 4, 2019 — A group of experts from the Defense Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) is paying a visit to the Ministry of Defense within March The activity is attended by commanders and sergeants from all the military units and has the objective to develop the human resources management system and the military science, with a focus on building relations between the National Army officers and sergeants corps. During the visit, the experts are holding training sessions on the structure, role, and characteristics of the sergeants staff’s training system in compliance with NATO standards The participants are studying the military learning process for sergeants, the management of switches and the role of the commanding team, leadership, methods of counseling, guidance, mediation, and efficient communication between commanders and sergeants. The visit is taking place in the context of the implementation of the DEEP in the National Army. The Defense Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) has started in 2009 and aims to modernize the military education in our country. |
