The Minister Defense Victor Gaiciuc paid a working visit to the National Army Maintenance Base

CHISINAU, December 29, 2019 - The Minister of Defense Victor Gaiciuc, accompanied by the commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Igor Gorgan and the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the National Army, Colonel Mihail Buclis, paid a documentary visit to the National Army Maintenance Base .

The military officers got acquainted with the infrastructure of the unit, the technique to be restored, but also the service conditions of the military.

During the discussions with the staff, the most pressing problems faced by the military unit were identified, the most pressing being the lack of personnel specialized in the repair and reconditioning of the equipment, especially technicians.

Minister Gaiciuc mentioned that, together with the team he leads, he will analyze the situation at the highest level and will take measures to solve the existing problems.
