Training jumps at Bulboaca

CHISINAU, October 13, 2020 - The military from the Special Forces Battalion "Fulger" of the National Army performed training jumps at the Bulboaca range.

The parachutes were followed by the Minister of Defense Alexandru Pinzari and the commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Igor Gorgan, who were on a working visit to the Army Training Center.

According to the BDS commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Ion Ojog, the parachutes are part of the cord category and were carried out from the AN-2 ship, from a height of 350 meters.

The source specified that when performing the landings, the military of the special forces used the complete parachutes consisting of MC-6 and T-11R parachutes.

It should be noted that the training jumps are part of the annual training plan of BDS for the current year, but also for the execution of cord parachutes in the qualification course of the same name.
