The National Army privates and sergeants to the attention of the experts of the Defense Training Consolidation Program

CHISINAU, October 7, 2021 - The Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatii had a meeting today with the representatives of the team of experts within the Defense Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP).

The subjects discussed included discussions about the process of carrying out the DEEP program, the progress made, the major problems faced by the National Army in the development of the corps of soldiers and sergeants, as well as the creation of the corps of petty officers.

In this regard, Minister Nosatii thanked the experts for the assistance provided through programs and projects that support the development of the corps of soldiers and sergeants, professional training and training of the staff in accordance with international standards.

At the same time, Anatolie Nosatii referred to the training opportunities for the personnel of the National Army, including through DEEP, as well as to the NATO Schools and within the multinational exercises.

Officials also discussed initiating actions in the development of soldiers and sergeants in the Defense Capabilities Development Initiative (DCBI).

It should be noted that the DEEP delegation pays a visit to Chisinau within October 4-8, 2021.
