Minister of Defense on a working visit to Balti

Balti, July 6, 2022 - The Minister of Defense Anatolii Nosatii participated today in the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, which took place in Balti.

In Balti, Minister Nosatii met with the military and civilian employees of the Motorized Infantry Brigade "Moldova" with whom he discussed the conditions of activity of the staff, the problems they face, pay, and inspected the military infrastructure.

In this context, the Minister of Defense stressed the importance of strict monitoring of compliance with service obligations and military regulations, but also how cases of breaches of discipline among the conscripts and service members are reported and investigated.

At the same time, Anatolie Nosatii went to the Balti Municipal Military Center, where she talked to the citizens who requested an audience. The topics addressed referred to the issues related to the status of war veterans, the provision of service housing, contract-based employment, and others.
