Cooperation with the OSCE Mission in the Republic of Moldova, discussed at the Ministry of Defense

CHISINAU, November 29, 2022 — Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatii met, today, with the new head of the OSCE Mission to the Republic of Moldova, Kelly Keiderling.

On this occasion, the Minister of Nosatii wished the ambassador success in the execution of her mandate.

During the dialogue, the two officials addressed topics regarding the cooperation between the two institutions and the ongoing joint projects. At the same time, the officials discussed the current security situation in the region, the reforms carried out in the National Army and other topics of common interest. Minister Nosatii thanked the representative of the OSCE Mission in the Republic of Moldova for the assistance offered to our country over the years, including the defense institution.

In this context, Anatolie Nosatii referred to the complex Program in the field of small arms and light weapons (SALW), the donations of laboratory, analysis and testing equipment intended for the Armament and Ammunition Center of the National Army, the support for the modernization of military warehouses, but and the specialized courses offered to the personnel responsible for this field.
