Start of the postgraduate training course in the field of national security and defense

CHISINAU, March 13, 2023 — The “Alexandru cel Bun” Military Academy launched the Postgraduate Training Course in the field of national security and defense.

The study program includes theoretical lessons with the involvement of experts from the country and abroad on national/international security issues and the resilience of state institutions in the context of current security changes.

Present at the opening ceremony of the course, the Secretary of State for the resources of the national defense system, the development of human resources and education in the field of the military, Sergiu Plop, mentioned that in the current security context, well-trained specialists are needed to respond to the challenges of any gender. “The respective studies offer the participants the opportunity to understand the security environment with all the crises and problems generated in this regard and to familiarize themselves from the first source with the developments in this chapter”, said Sergiu Plop during the event.

The post-graduate training course in the field of national security and defense is in its 9th edition and brings together representatives from various state structures that are related to the reflected theme.

Studies take place between March 13 and June 16, currently.
