Secretary of State Valeriu Mija, at the High Level Dialogue Meeting between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union

CHISINAU, March 23, 2023 — The State Secretary in the field of defense policy, national defense planning and military interoperability, Valeriu Mija, is part of the delegation of the Republic of Moldova participating in the second meeting of the High Level Dialogue between the Republic of Moldova and the Union European in the political and security field (High Level Political and Security Dialogue). The event takes place on March 23-24, 2023, in Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium.

During the meeting, ways to strengthen cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union will be examined on a wide range of topics and issues, including with reference to the field of security. At the same time, those present will exchange opinions and assessments regarding existing security risks.

It should be noted that the first meeting of the High Level Dialogue between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union in the political and security field took place on March 18, 2022, in Chisinau and marked the advancement of the cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union in the political and security field.
