The Minister of Defense, Anatolie Nosatîi and the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Chisinau, E.S. Gudsi Dursun oglu Osmanov – discussions on the development of bilateral collaborative relations

CHISINAU, May 4, 2023 — Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Chisinau, E.S. Gudsi Dursun oglu Osmanov, today, at the headquarters of the defense institution.

The main topics addressed during the meeting concerned the determination of areas of cooperation in the context of the development of bilateral relations at the level of institutions, as well as the regional security situation.

At the same time, the parties discussed the defense reforms in the two states, as well as the priorities of the National Army.

Minister Anatolie Nosatîi thanked the official for the assistance offered by Azerbaijan to our country in managing the refugee crisis in Ukraine, but also for supporting the European path of the Republic of Moldova.

For his part, E.S. Gudsi Dursun oglu Osmanov mentioned that his country is open for cooperation, including through an exchange of experience between the students of the military institutions of the two two states.
