A group of National Army soldiers have earned their paratrooper badge and license

CHISINAU, June 16, 2023 — The Commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Eduard Ohladciuc and Brigadier General Sergiu Cirimpei handed out diplomas, certificates and parachutist badges to a new batch of graduates of the Parachuting Qualification Course.

During the ceremony, General Ohladciuc congratulated the soldiers who were trained based on the best practices in the field.

According to the commander of the “Fulger” Special Forces Battalion, lieutenant-colonel Constantin Cîșleanu, the parachuting qualification course lasted four weeks and included theoretical sessions, ground training and the execution of jumps from a height of 400 m.

That course is part of the National Army Training Plan for 2023.
