Minister of Defence participated in the online meeting of the Contact Group for the Defence of Ukraine

CHISINAU, February 14, 2024 — Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi participated via videoconference in the meeting of the Contact Group for the Defense of Ukraine.

On the agenda of the discussions were topics on the current security situation in the region, assistance priorities for Ukraine, as well as addressing medium- and long-term support planning issues for the neighbouring state.

The Contact Group meeting in support of Ukraine brought together defence ministers from more than 50 NATO allies and partners.

It is recalled that the Group is an international platform at the level of defence ministers to disseminate information on assistance to Ukraine.
