The Honor Guard of the National Army marched at the military parade in Bucharest (video)

CHISINAU, December 1, 2022 — The soldiers of the National Army participated today in the parade organized on the occasion of the National Day of Romania, in Bucharest’s Arcului de Triumf Square. The commander of the National Army, brigadier general Eduard Ohladciuc, was also present at the event.

The Moldovan detachment, made up of officers, sergeants and soldiers of the Honor Guard Company, marched past, together with soldiers from Romania, Belgium, France, North Macedonia, Portugal, the United States of America and the Netherlands.

At the same time, soldiers from allied countries contributing to the NATO structures on the territory of Romania and 25 technical means, including combat aircraft from Canada, Italy, Spain and the United States of America, also participated in the parade.

Also, approximately 120 technical means from the endowment of the Romanian army, including 40 aircraft, were involved in the event.

The Republic of Moldova has been participating in the military parade in Bucharest since 2014.
