Moldovan-Chinese dialogue at the Ministry of Defence

CHISINAU, February 7, 2024 — The Commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Eduard Ohladciuc, had an official meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of China in Chisinau, Yan Wenbin, as well as with the military attaché, Colonel Tian Wei.

During the dialogue, the two officials discussed topics related to bilateral cooperation between the Moldovan and Chinese armies, the process of modernization of the National Army, training of Moldovan military in Chinese institutions, as well as the security situation in the region.

Moldovan-Chinese military cooperation started on 23 June 2002.
