Defence Cyber MTT Workshop in the National Army

CHISINAU, February 8, 2024 — National Army specialists train in the workshop with the mobile cyber defence training team “Defence Cyber MTT”.

The activity is taking place from 5-9 February this year, and is organised in support of the development of the institute’s cyber defence strategy, as well as the promotion of the National Army’s interoperability with colleagues from other states by aligning with international standards.

Cybersecurity specialists are trained based on fictional scenarios on a virtual platform in an off-line environment. Such exercises will allow the military to contribute to the development of the National Army’s cyber defence capabilities, assess the cyber defence system, and adjust cyber defence policies as necessary.

The workshop is being conducted under the Partnership for Peace Programme and the Ministry of Defence and National Army’s External Activities Plan for 2024.
